Our client is a 3 Rosette Berkshire restaurant that has rapidly earned a reputation for excellence since opening last year. They champion provenance and seasonal produce working closely with trusted suppliers to let outstanding British ingredients shine.
Theyre looking for a motivated Chef De Partie whos hungry to learn grow and progress. The kitchen has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes but theyre happy to consider chefs from strong 12 Rosette brigades who are ready to step up.
Due to the restaurants countryside location having your own transport is essential.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 32000 per annum plus a guaranteed service charge of up to 4200
- Working 45 hours per week
- Genuine training mentoring and clear progression pathways

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Running your section with precision across prep service and close
- Consistently delivering dishes to a high standard aligned with top-tier rosette kitchens
- Supporting and guiding junior chefs to uphold best practice
- Maintaining excellent food safety cleaning routines and HACCP records
- Contributing ideas and feedback to drive standards and seasonal menu development
