Credit Controller Finance

Do you have a knack for numbers and the confidence to manage client relationships in a professional environment

Were looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a key role in ensuring the financial health of the firm by managing and reducing overdue accounts while providing excellent support to both our internal and external clients.

Youll be responsible for monitoring a portfolio of overdue accounts chasing outstanding debts by phone email and letter and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner. Youll work closely with fee earners and our Cashroom team to resolve issues and escalate problematic accounts when needed.

Were looking for someone with proven credit control experience ideally within a professional services environment. Youll have excellent communication accuracy and organisational skills the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels and the persistence to resolve challenging situations while maintaining strong relationships.
