Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial reporting packs
- Maintain and update the asset register while ensuring that strong internal controls are upheld
- Prepare group consolidations and perform inter-company reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process offering insights to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to compliance requirements ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom Honours in Finance
- SAICA/ SAIPA Articles (signed off)
- Experience: Strong background in group accounting (consolidations) and asset management (5 years commercial)
- Skills: Xero CaseWare Excel
- Knowledge of VAT and tax legislation
