Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where youll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service for one of AJWs largest contracts If youre driven by excellence and thrive in exceeding service levels then this opportunity is for you!

The working hours are a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off 0700-1900 and includes a shift allowance of 3000.

What youll be doing:

  • Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials

  • Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials

  • Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements

  • Initiates team decision-making on transactions and escalates issues tointernal and external management

  • Participate in departmental projects

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery

  • Management of orders against expected timeframesand resolving queries efficiently

  • While previous account management experience and forecasting skills are a plus theyre not essential

  • You enjoy analysing complex data to craft clear and effective solutions
