Automotive Manufacturer Parts Counter Full Time
Suntrup Automotive Group St. Louis MO
Suntrup Automotive is looking for a motivated detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Associate. This is a great opportunity to be part of a family-owned dealership group that has been serving the St. Louis community since 1957.
What Youll Do
Assist service technicians wholesale accounts and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders
Look up locate and issue correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and inventory systems
Maintain and organize the parts counter bins and stock levels
Receive ship and process incoming/outgoing parts accurately
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
What Were Looking For
Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred (manufacturer/ dealership experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency (CDK/DealerTrack or similar DMS experience a plus)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
