Duties & Responsibilities:
- Balance till daily
- Cashiering
- Closing Repair Orders
- Accounts Payable
- Check Filing
- Deposits Daily
- Mailing when needed
- Assist with police book and inventory work.
- Stocking vehicles into accounting
- Reconciling GM open account
- Posting invoices from our GM open account
- Accounting on Dealer Trades
- Cross train other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong teamwork skills
- Hard working & punctual with a great attitude
- Manages time wisely
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
- Previous experience working in a car dealership is ideal.
- Experience working with CDK is a huge plus!
- High school diploma or GED certificate
