About Us
We are a fast-growing performance marketing team specializing in large-scale lead generation campaigns in auto insurance health insurance debt relief and ACA. Our core mission is to scale ad campaigns using creative hooks storytelling and scroll-stopping ideas that drive conversions. We test aggressively scale rapidly and are looking for talented Direct Response Copywriters to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

Write engaging short-form ad scripts (30–60 seconds) for Facebook TikTok Instagram and YouTube.

Develop compelling hooks scroll-stoppers and emotional angles on themes such as:

Beating high auto insurance rates
-
Money-saving hacks and insider tips
-
Everyday frustrations (financial stress bills etc.)
-

Adapt scripts into multiple tones (serious humorous rebellious urgent conversational).

Collaborate with the creative team to produce UGC scripts podcast-style ads meme copy and static ad headlines.

Stay updated with direct-response marketing trends U.S. cultural shifts and competitor strategies.
Requirements

Proven experience writing direct-response ad copy (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of consumer psychology storytelling and persuasion.

Deep knowledge of U.S. culture lifestyle and consumer behavior trends.

Excellent English writing skills with flawless grammar.

Ability to write in multiple regional tones/lingos (Southern Texan East Coast Midwestern etc.) for authenticity.

Flexibility to adapt between tones (empathetic sarcastic authoritative conversational etc.).

Familiarity with U.S. working-class and middle-class audiences (insurance/finance experience is a plus).

Results-driven mindset focused on key performance metrics (CTR CPM CPA ROAS).

Ability to produce multiple script variations quickly under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with UGC/TikTok-style content writing.

Knowledge of auto insurance finance or lead-generation niches.

Familiarity with AI creative tools (ChatGPT DALL.
E Pika HeyGen etc.).
