The HOP Consultants work will largely consist of in-field observations individual team and leadership coaching and reinforcement HOP curriculum development and virtual and in person formal training instruction for all NiSource business units. The Principal Consultant will also serve as a subject matter expert for vertical HOP integration efforts and will partner with bargaining unit management and contract personnel to integrate and reinforce HOP principles concepts tools and techniques. The reporting location for this role is flexible within the Pennsylvania Virginia or Ohio service territory.

Salary Range*:
$93800.00 - $165300.00*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidates skills job-related knowledge and relevant experience as well as internal pay equity.
