Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional for our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide project governance ensuring strategic alignment and enabling the consistent delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires proven expertise in portfolio management governance frameworks and organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and continuously improve the PMO function ensuring standardization of project governance processes and reporting.
• Oversee the organizations strategic project portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership to define project prioritization resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance through defined KPIs ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management issue resolution and change control processes across the portfolio.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices tools and methodologies across the organization.
• Support project managers ensuring capability development and adherence to standards.
• Facilitate governance board meetings providing strategic updates and recommendations.
• Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in project/program/portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level governance frameworks and portfolio management practices.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale cross-functional and multi-geography projects.
• Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Clarity PPM JIRA or similar).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 PgMP or PMO-CP are preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business Engineering IT or related discipline (Masters degree preferred).
