Role Overview
As aGlobal Sales Recruiter you will:
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across international markets and STEM sectors.
- Develop and execute innovative global recruitment strategies to source top sales talent.
- Utilise our digital platforms and automation technology to streamline the recruitment process.
- Partner with clients and candidates understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to offer negotiation and deal closure.
- Represent our comprehensive suite of talent solutions from behavioural profiling to performance services.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.
What Were Looking For
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrated success in 360 recruitment executive search or sales preferably with experience in international or STEM sectors.
- A consultative relationship-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven drive ambition and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
