How will you make an impact in this role
In this role you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable travel experiences for our premium Card Members. By delivering personalized and detailed travel proposals you will help transform their journeys into seamless memorable moments. Every interaction is an opportunity to go beyond expectations strengthen loyalty and leave a lasting positive impression.
Your expertise in resolving inquiries with accuracy and empathy will be key in driving customer satisfaction and reinforcing trust in our brand. With every call you will combine flawless service with proactive problem solving ensuring that Card Members feel valued and supported.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Previous work experience in customer service or travel industry
- Proficiency in computer systems and standard applications
- Strong analytical problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Willingness and ability to work shifts including nights and weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience supporting customers during evening or night hours ensuring seamless service delivery
- Background in hospitality management or experience servicing high-end clientele
