About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to our Collision Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers as they arrive in the Collision Center
- Schedule vehicle estimate and repair appointments
- Keep records of all communication with customers and insurance partners.
- Perform reception and telephone responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Effective communication organizational and time management skills
- Team player
- Eagerness to improve
- Ability to undergo a background check and drug screen
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
