This is a part time remote 3-month contract role supporting East Coast hours. Must be available weekends.

THE ROLE:

The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in our recruiting teams success by helping us source meet and hire the worlds top talent in a timely organized manner. You will provide exceptional candidate care while meeting key targets for screening reference checks and scheduling interviews. The focus of this role is to assist through effective and efficient administrative support the location acquisition appointment plus on boarding of retail corporate and distribution center staff.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to provide high level of administrative support
• Experience in Recruitment / Resourcing in a fast-paced customer focused business
• Experience in delivering social media / strategic sourcing approaches
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package & programs Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Experience in Project Coordination
• Prior Experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle (or other ATS)
• Strong attention to Detail
• Analytical with effective problem solving & decision making skills
