Pay | : | HK$34070 to HK$66291 (HGPS Point 13 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the General Manager (Administrative Services) and Senior Hospital Administrator(s) in day-to-day managerial and administration functions of the Administrative Services Department in one or more of the following areas:
- Commissioning of New Projects / Services
- Compile statistics and data input for managerial purposes
- Contract Management
- Domestic and Supporting Services
- Emergency Preparedness
- Equipment Maintenance
- Facility Management
- General Administration
- Green Management
- Procurement and Materials Management
- Quality and Safety including incident management
- Secretarial and Executive Support to Committees
- Security & Fire Safety
- Telecommunication
- To provide emergency support and stand-by for any emergency duties as and when required.
- To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
- A degree from a Hong Kong University; or equivalent; and
- Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese.
PreferableAttributes / Exposure:
- With work experience in Procurement & Materials Management.
- With work experience in hospital operation.
- Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
- Mature responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
- Good communication interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Outgoing able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Willing to perform duties outside office hours in response to emergencies.
