Service Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answer service calls and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support to our service department
  • Prepare review and process warranty claims
  • Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing flagging submitting and following-up on each claim
  • Coordinatewith vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
  • Communicatewith customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
  • Followup with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership
  • Stay up to date withall factory recalls announcements and procedures

Service Receptionist Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
  • Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
  • Must have excellent administrative organizational and communication skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
