Service Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to our service department
- Prepare review and process warranty claims
- Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing flagging submitting and following-up on each claim
- Coordinatewith vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts
- Communicatewith customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations
- Followup with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership
- Stay up to date withall factory recalls announcements and procedures

Service Receptionist Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of automotive parts and service preferred
- Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
- Must have excellent administrative organizational and communication skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
