Vintners Distributors is the corporate arm for Au Energy Loop Neighborhood Market and Poppy Market. Founded in 1978 and based in Union City CA the company develops real estate and operates gas stations with convenience stores and car washes across California along with a wholesale fuel division.
Position Summary
The Facilities Compliance Administrator supports the companys compliance efforts through accurate data entry recordkeeping and scheduling. This role ensures permits licenses inspections and maintenance activities are tracked and documented in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain digital and physical compliance records
- Tracking and maintaining training courses and compliance-related certifications (e.g. California Underground Storage Tank Designated Operator DO training/certification)
- Manage the Compliance Calendar and inbox to notify stores of inspections and training
- Archive compliance testing and facility maintenance documentation
- Provide administrative support to regulatory inspections including follow-up on findings
- Coordinate scheduling for compliance-related activities
- All other required Facilities Compliance support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong data entry and recordkeeping accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage electronic files (PDFs photos emails)
- Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organized detail-oriented and able to work independently
