About Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in sourcing and hiring IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of IT skill sets recruitment tools and end-to-end hiring processes. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand requirements sourcing high-quality candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
Your Role at a Glance:
- Understand job descriptions and technical requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri Monster LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed) networking employee referrals and campus drives.
- Screen candidates for technical fitness experience and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment stages.
- Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-fill offer acceptance rate and source effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.
The Expertise Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies ( Cloud DevOps Data Engineering ERP etc.).
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and MS Office.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
