We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Act as a team player and mentor to uplift and develop junior software engineers.
Design develop and execute performance testing strategies.
Use performance testing tools such as OpenText (HP) LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter.
Monitor and analyze application performance using APM tools (Dynatrace New Relic AppDynamics etc.).
Provide detailed performance analysis identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with development QA and DevOps teams to ensure application scalability and stability.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous improvement practices.
Follow Agile and DevOps best practices for performance testing and delivery

Must-Have Skills:
5 years of experience in a Performance Engineer or Performance Testing role.
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner / Performance Center and JMeter.
Proficiency in using APM tools such as Dynatrace New Relic AppDynamics or similar.
Strong knowledge of performance engineering principles and practices.
Exposure to container technologies like Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift.
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for performance testing.
Experience with scripting languages (Python Shell PowerShell) for automation.
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
