This Position reports to:
Director of OperationsUnder the supervision of the Operations Director the Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of manufacturing operations within their area. They play a key role in evaluating and achieving monthly delivery targets driving continuous process improvement and coaching production teams. They also act as a project sponsor for improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day shift only no night shifts required.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Plan organize and supervise production activities to ensure compliance with deadlines quality standards and safety regulations.
- Evaluate and develop monthly delivery targets for their area in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure rigorous follow-up on their achievement.
- Identify opportunities for process productivity and quality improvement.
- Act as a sponsor for continuous improvement projects within their area (Lean layout redesign automation etc.).
- Coach motivate and develop members of the production team.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering quality shipping and internal sales departments.
- Ensure effective and transparent communication within the team and with management.
What it takes to run what runs the world
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automated Production or a related field.
- Relevant experience in production supervision within a technological or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and change management skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Kaizen etc.).
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency with production management tools (ERP MES Excel etc.).
