Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for an exciting Travel job in Winona Lake IN.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans.
Administer medications safely and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
Assist RNs and physicians with treatments procedures and assessments.
Accurately document resident care in compliance with standards.
Offer compassionate support to residents and their families.
Ensure adherence to facility policies procedures and state regulations.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Indiana or Compact State.
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC).
Strong clinical judgment organizational and communication skills.
Ability to consistently work evening shifts.
