Job Description
Job Title: Patient Services Representative
Location: Hopkins MN United States
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Patient Service Representative for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Hopkins MN.
Essential Duties
Greet and acknowledge patients warmly upon arrival and departure.
Respond to patient questions and concerns in line with office policies.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Schedule confirm and follow up on appointments.
Maintain and update the appointment book.
Register patients and assist with check-in procedures.
Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
Check and respond to voicemail daily.
Support patients with treatment plan financial arrangements.
Maintain a clean welcoming waiting area for patients.
Skills & Experience
Required:
Experience handling telephones.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a dental medical or healthcare office.
Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO).
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
