Shift: Night(8-hour shifts 5 days/week)
Duration:13 Weeks
Schedule:No weekends holidays or on-call
Pay Rate:$1687.50 $1800 per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily functions of nursing assistants.
- Coordinate and plan nursing care and services for the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document as required.
- Complete all documentation related to admissions discharges and transfers.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and resident medical records.
- Participate in physician rounds and follow up on care recommendations.
- Perform nursing services such as wound care catheter care tube feedings blood draws and range-of-motion exercises.
- Collect and process lab specimens.
- Monitor and report vital signs and health status changes.
- Educate residents and families on relevant healthcare topics.
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and monitor outside food intake.
- Uphold resident rights and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
- Promote a supportive team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current active Massachusetts LPN license (unencumbered).
- BLS/CPR and AED certification.
- Proficient in English (reading writing speaking understanding).
- Knowledge of long-term care best practices and regulations.
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
- Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds and meet job-related physical demands.
- Understanding of age-specific care for elderly/long-term care residents.
