Were seeking an experienced developer with strong Java and Python fundamentals who can transition those skills to JavaScript/TypeScript development with particular expertise in AI automation and OpenAI API integration.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AI-enhanced applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
Architect and implement RAG systems that combine retrieval and generative models
Build cross-language automation solutions integrating Java Python and JavaScript
Optimize prompt engineering strategies for scalable AI deployment
Integrate OpenAI APIs with enterprise systems and workflows
Collaborate on full-stack development projects with embedded AI functionality
Document and promote best practices for AI-powered automation
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AI-driven applications
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Over 2 years of hands-on experience in professional Java development
More than 3 years of Python programming expertise
1 years working with JavaScript/TypeScript or a strong commitment to transition
Proficient in runtime environment
AI & Automation Expertise
Direct experience integrating OpenAI GPT models via API
Built and deployed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Developed AI-driven automation workflows across platforms
Skilled in working with vector databases like Pinecone Weaviate and Chroma
Practical knowledge of LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks for AI
Good to have :
Java-to-JavaScript interoperability using tools like GraalVM
Python-JavaScript integration via PyScript and related technologies
Proficient in test automation using JUnit pytest and Jest
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) including their AI service offerings
Familiar with modern frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue
