Position Summary
As a Scheduler youll be the key link between clients caregivers and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding requiring strong communication skills problem-solving and attention to detail. Youll make sure schedules run smoothly caregivers are supported and clients receive the quality care they deserve.
What Youll Do
Answer phones promptly and professionally assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
Build and maintain client schedules ensuring all shifts are covered.
Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients caregivers and responsible parties.
Monitor missed or late shifts follow up with caregivers and keep clients informed.
Send detailed shift reports to the care team.
Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.
Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Working with adults in acute care residential or long-term care settings.
Preferred: Experience supporting older adults with Alzheimers Disease or Dementia.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic client-focused environment.
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.
