The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Security & Fire Multi Operations Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Everett WA.
This specialist will be responsible for serving as the Everett Paine Field (PAE) Liaison and compliance oversight to support the internal Boeing business selected candidate will perform multi-disciplinary security operations duties and report to the Everett Security & Fire Operations Senior Manager.
In this role your work will primarily be site-based with a regional approach specific to focused training needs. This position is perfect for a self-starter and collaborative team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the Everett Paine Field (PAE) Liaison by processing requests providing training and maintaining records for both Boeing Employees and Contract Employees who require a PAE Badge
Maintain oversight of the security contract and proactively manage daily security operations/tactics
Conduct reviews of Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR) and disposition for appropriate action
Conduct security assessments identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements that mitigate risks to ensure alignment with current policies and procedures
Provide badging subject matter expertise and support to business partners customers etc. leveraging enterprise badging policies and procedures
Monitor operability of video surveillance access management and alarm systems and coordinate service when needed
Lead the Threat Management Team
Represent security as a point of contact for site projects and events
Collaborate closely with local agencies and business partners to enhance security programs that protect people property and information
Deliver excellence in customer service and build relationships with key stakeholders
Integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence safety culture within the security team
Support off-hour events and incidents as needed
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience with site Security & Fire Operational
3 years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees including executives
3 years of experience with contract management
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with auditing
Experience with Security & Fire Protection Operations policies and procedures
Experience verifying and processing invoices
Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues lessons learned and best practices
Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR)
Experience authoring/editing written security instructions and/or uniformed security post orders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $85000 - $115000
Summary pay range for Senior: $102850 - $139150
