The Client Service Representative is a part of our Client Service Team. We value collaboration a supportive environment dedication and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We enjoy working together and want to help each other be the best we can be! This is a full-time position. Schedule flexibility is required.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients.
Answer and prioritize incoming phone calls
Monitor client flow from check-in through discharge
Provide excellent customer service to our referring veterinarians and their staff by assisting with their needs and those of their clients.
Records management
Audit client and patient electronic records for completeness and accuracy of information.
Process payment transactions
Assist with client education
Relay accurate and complete information from clients to veterinarians and other team members
Work closely with team members to build comradery cooperation and respect

At Dekalb Animal Hospital we provide primary care for dogs and cats including personalized veterinary care for pet wellness sickness exams vaccinations flea and tick prevention spay and neutering services and blood urine and fecal testing.

We proudly serve the neighborhoods of Tucker Norcross Stone Mountain Decatur and Lithonia.

We are open:Monday Thursday 7:00am 6:00pm Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am 2:00pm

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience withahourly pay rate starting at$16 -$18/hour. Theactualrate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
