Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee shipping and receiving of freight and distribution of incoming materials for offices.
Schedule deliveries to jobsites using company freight trucks.
Provide leadership and direction to warehouse associates drivers and freight handlers.
Maintain the cleanliness organization and safety of the warehouse and surrounding grounds.
Issue and receive purchase orders and maintain schedules in the company system.
Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Fleet Management

Act as liaison with the Corporate Fleet Team to oversee and maintain fleet operations across all Florida divisions (Service Construction & IDEC).
Manage day-to-day Florida vehicle activities and ensure adherence to company Fleet Management Policies and Procedures.
Oversee routine and emergency maintenance obtain and renew tags and ensure vehicles are compliant and road-ready.
Monitor and enforce compliance with local and state fleet regulations.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and background history.
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computers and record-keeping software.
Proven experience in supervision safety practices DOT regulations inventory control and equipment maintenance.
