Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team who will be responsible for owning the end-to end project management lifecycle for information technology and the addition to serving as the primary interface with our key stakeholders you will be responsible for managing and planning daily project activities including project and programme management meetings. Good knowledge and understanding of the project lifecycle within IT Services. Must be accredited with PRINCE2 to practitioner level

- EnsurethatSLAsaremetforcallsticketsandotherdeliverables.
- Participateinprojectsandservicedelivery.
- CoordinatewithServicedeliverymanagersandlocalsupportpersonnel.
- Providereportsupdatesandfeedbackfromtimetotimeasrequested.
- Tobuildrelationshipswithheadsofdepartmentsconsultantsandallend-usersthroughouttheorganisation.
- ToprovideaphysicallypresentandvisiblemanagementpresencetorepresentITpositivelywithintheorganisation
- Toenhancethedepartmentsreputationandimproveitsservicescredibility.
- TomonitormanageandtakeownershipofthedeliveryofITservicesbyexternalcontractorsandthird-party/outsourceproviders.
