Target Housing is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and charity with over 300 employees and nearly 800 properties across South Yorkshire Hull Grimsby and Derby. We operate under a mix of local and national contracts and continue to expand our supported housing portfolio.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our voids management function across South Yorkshire. Based at our Head Office in Rotherham you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team ensuring properties are prepared to the highest standard and ready for occupancy within agreed timescales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in maintaining and improving the quality of our housing stock while contributing to the organisations wider growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multi-skilled team focused on void property management
Ensure turnaround times and quality standards meet internal KPIs
Oversee planned schedules and day-to-day delivery of works
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety requirements
Work closely with the Head of Maintenance and the wider management team to drive service improvements

About You
We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with:

Proven supervisory experience in property maintenance housing or a related sector
Strong team leadership and organisational skills
A focus on achieving high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of voids management processes (desirable)
The ability to problem-solve plan effectively and deliver results under pressure
