Job Summary:
Invited is seeking a Manager Business Analytics to provide data and analytical support across the entire business. This individual will collaborate with business units and functional leaders across the organization to provide insight measure performance and make data-driven recommendations that drive business decisions.
Analytical and technical skills and mindset are required for the role. The ideal candidate will exhibit genuine excitement over the potential to transform the company culture. This person will play a vital role in building the data and analytics foundation and roadmap to maturity. Roadblocks along the way will turn into opportunities through collaboration and influence. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with creative freedom to develop new solutions for the business.
This role can be remote based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection Transformation and Governance
- Partner with business stakeholders Strategy Team and IT to deliver business facing ease of use reporting
- Establish subject matter expertise in specific data sets and document best practices to scale the knowledge and usage through the organization
- Analysis and Development
- Determine appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the proper audience
- Analyze performance and activation across each of our clubs to drive actionable insights recommendations and optimizations for revenue generation and future investments
- Develop models and testing opportunities to assist business decision making across the organization
- Presentation
- Produce impactful presentations and visualization to convey messages as needed
- Tellcomprehensive and compelling stories to a wide variety of audiences
- Create standard reporting dashboards and metrics to align the organization
About You:
- Degrees or certificates in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics or Engineering
- Two (2) years of professional experience in an analytical focused role or equivalent skills and ability
- Capability to interact with both business facing units and IT/Data Teams to bridge the gap between data and action
- Deep understanding of data modeling transformation and configuration using SQL
- Exceptional ability to problem solve and deliver results
- Exhibit a can-do demeanor with a focus on getting things done at the speed of business
- Passion for hospitality-based businesses and continuous improvement
- Experience with Python is a preferred but not required
