Job Description
What Youll Do
- Set up and operate spring coiling and wire forming machines to produce precision compression extension torsion springs and wire forms.
- Interpret technical drawings design sheets and work orders to meet exact specifications.
- Perform quality checks using micrometers calipers load testers comparators and other precision instruments.
- Maintain accurate quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep your work area clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
What You Bring
- Technical training or trade school experiencein machining manufacturing or mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and part specifications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and basic math.
- Experience with CNC or mechanical machine operation preferred.
- Forklift certification and understanding of safety regulations are a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing bending and reaching.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
- Exposure to shop elements such as noise dust and fumes.
