Product Engineer (Full-Stack)
About the Role
Were looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer to join an early-stage team working at the intersection of AI audio and data infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to come in as one of the first 10 hires and help shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.
Youll work closely with researchers designers and operations to build end-to-end features scalable pipelines and intuitive interfaces that support new ways of working with audio and language data. The role calls for someone who enjoys rapid prototyping but can also scale solutions for production use.
What Youll Do
Design build and ship full-stack features that have a direct impact on customers.
Develop data processing pipelines to handle high-volume audio and language data.
Deploy and evaluate ML/LLM-powered solutions to extract insights and improve user workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally to quickly test new product ideas and translate research into user-facing tools.
Stay up to date on modern frameworks languages and approaches to keep our stack future-ready.
What Were Looking For
28 years of professional software engineering experience ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Solid full-stack background comfortable moving between backend systems APIs and polished frontends.
Proven ability to deliver customer-facing features from concept through to production.
Familiarity with building scalable systems (data pipelines event-driven architectures or distributed systems).
Strong programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and one or more backend languages ( Python Go etc.).
Curiosity about AI/ML and excitement to apply it in real products prior audio signal processing or LLM experience is a plus but not required.
Bonus Points
Experience deploying ML models in production.
Background in audio technology music voice interfaces or digital signal processing.
Prior tech-lead or mentorship experience in a startup environment.
