Role:Senior Project Manager

About the role:

We are partnering with one of the worlds most iconic CPG companies to drive creative excellence in brand storytelling and marketing communications. As a Senior Project Manager you will work closely with our client and internal team - responsible for the planning and project management of all creative work making best use of all our creative resources both locally and off-site.

This is an exciting role where youll be embedded right in the heart of a forward-thinking studio team. To be successful in this role you are an experienced project manager responsible for planning executing and monitoring PDP and associated lifestyle production projects to ensure they are completed on time within scope and within budget. This role demands exceptional organizational skills leadership qualities and the ability to manage operations in a fast-paced high-output environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing workflows ensuring project delivery on time and maintaining quality standards.

What you will be doing:

• Orchestrate a team of a project manager and designers in delivering a high volume of PDP projects.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain workflow systems and accurate project status records
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements and expectations fully.
• Obtain and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement
• Address project challenges proactively and implement solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Regularly monitor and report on project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate a positive collaborative and high-performance work environment mentoring team members and encouraging professional growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance project management and studio operations.
• Leverage GenAI tools to optimize workflow enhance ideation and scale content production

What you need to be great in this role:

• 6 years of experience in Account Management or Project Management in a creative department with some work managing PDP content creation
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines
• Able to handle multiple projects at a time while overseeing junior project managers
• Bachelors degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and attention to detail.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• At the time of this posting the base salary for this position may range from $95500.00 to $104500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVERs total compensation package.
