Use your excellent collaborator management skills to assure optimal planning in the Benelux markets per consumer audience and bring value for the LEGO Groups customers with your analytical skills and focus on quality.

Please note: This position is on a fixed-term contract basis until end of December 2026 and will be based in Brasschaat Belgium (nearby the Dutch border). Core Responsibilities

Your role as Audience Planning Manager is to create together with the sales and brand management teams the most accurate monthly plans per consumer audience for the next 12 months in the BLX Business Unit based on a process where relevant collaborators are involved i.e. brand marketing sales demand planners audience development supply chain finance customer operations the same time you will take an important role at gathering and applying long term assumptions per audience together with the brand and sales teams as an input for both kids and adult consumer audiences.

  • Conduct the Audience Planning Review process:

  • Create a monthly topline plan on a full year horizon for both Kids and Adults audiences in the BU.

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing Demand Planners Audience Development Finance and Customer Operations to gather all relevant information and assumptions to make the best audience consumer sales and selling in plans.

  • Work closely with Sales to develop accurate audience plans for the top accounts in the market.

  • Handover the topline plans to the demand planning team including insights on assumptions.

  • Analyze critical metrics (Forecast Bias; Mix accuracy; Inventory Turns) take corrective actions and monitor the results.

  • Guide Brand Management with planning guidelines and assumptions leading the monthly input cycle and consolidating audience-level plans to support the S&OP lead.

  • Take lead on the monthly BU Audience assumptions review meetings where plans are signed off.

  • Provide insights to Senior Leadership Marketing and Sales and challenge where necessary on their plans at audience level.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Audience and Customer Planning improving processes and outcomes across the organization.

In this role you will join the market operations team in Benelux. Its purpose is to make sure that our consumers can find the right products at retailers and that the processes around it happen in the most efficient way. More concretely the team delivers BU demand plans order management inventory management customer service and generally secures operational infrastructure for other market functions (Sales Marketing). The team is also responsible for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process consumer sales data analysis and demand management.

As Audience Planning Manager you will bring value in forecasting demand and planning retailer selling in which will lead to a correct signal towards production and senior management and an optimal distribution of LEGO products in the market to facilitate getting them in the hands of the shoppers and your role you will ensure a specific focus on different audiences for the LEGO products.

Do you have what it takes

  • Some years of experience in a multinational consumer goods company in similar roles

  • Strong data management and analytical skills

  • Understanding of consumer audience mechanics

  • Experience in stakeholder management and leading business processes and meetings

  • Experience in supply chain

  • Proficient in English
