AtY Victoria were on the lookout for adedicated and passionate Coordinator to lead ourOutside School Hours Care (OSHC) program atArmstrong Creek School.

This is your chance to step into a fulfilling leadership role whereno two days are the same and your work makes a difference in the lives of50100 children including those with additional needs.

As the OSHC Coordinator youll be the heart of the programdesigning meaningful experiences leading a passionate team and creating a positive nurturing space where every child feels seen safe and supported.

  • Design and lead a tailored OSHC program that reflects childrens interests and needs especially those requiring additional support.
  • Build strong positive relationships with children families schools and the wider community.
  • Support childrens emotional social and behavioural development fostering confidence and independence.
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality fun and inclusive sessions every day.
  • Maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Connect with local networks and services to strengthen community impact and support systems.

The hourly rate for the position is $37 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) ECEC retention payment 12% super.

What do you need

  • Youll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
  • Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
  • Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Childrens Check employee check
  • Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
  • Be available for an online and onsite (in-person) interview

There are a variety of qualifications that ACECQA has approved to work within OSHC ranging from education to community services to healthcare.
