AtY Victoria were on the lookout for adedicated and passionate Coordinator to lead ourOutside School Hours Care (OSHC) program atArmstrong Creek School.

This is your chance to step into a fulfilling leadership role whereno two days are the same and your work makes a difference in the lives of50100 children including those with additional needs.

As the OSHC Coordinator youll be the heart of the programdesigning meaningful experiences leading a passionate team and creating a positive nurturing space where every child feels seen safe and supported.

Design and lead a tailored OSHC program that reflects childrens interests and needs especially those requiring additional support.
Build strong positive relationships with children families schools and the wider community.
Support childrens emotional social and behavioural development fostering confidence and independence.
Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality fun and inclusive sessions every day.
Maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Connect with local networks and services to strengthen community impact and support systems.

The hourly rate for the position is $37 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) ECEC retention payment 12% super.

What do you need

Youll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Childrens Check employee check
Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
Be available for an online and onsite (in-person) interview

There are a variety of qualifications that ACECQA has approved to work within OSHC ranging from education to community services to healthcare.
