Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure seamless daily operations.

Position Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk guest services and reservations teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality skilled at managing people and processes and committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead train and motivate front desk and guest services staff to deliver exceptional service.

  • Manage daily front office operations ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.

  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally ensuring complete satisfaction.

  • Oversee reservations room assignments and revenue management practices in coordination with sales and housekeeping.

  • Assist in coordinating Stay & Play Golf Package Reservations

  • Monitor staffing levels scheduling and payroll to ensure efficiency.

  • Maintain compliance with brand standards policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and analyze departmental reports including guest satisfaction scores and financial performance.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front office supervisory or management experience required.

  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of PEP hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
