Right now we are looking forFinancial Analyst with French.

The role is to support Plant Controllers who are responsible for managing financial administration of the plants and for providing Plant and Operations management with key financial data and analyses to enable decision making in a wide variety of operational and accounting decisions. The role will be a supportive role in controlling cost and forecasts for the French speaking plants.


What You Will Do:

  • Support maintenance of procedures that monitor the effectiveness of plant operations
  • Support budgeting process and provide supplementary information as required including in areas such as material loss/scrap inventory obsolescence.
  • Help tracking key measurements
  • Support costing process
  • Prepare and analyze the key monthly financial reports for the plants
  • Help to identify and follow through on operational efficiencies and financial savings
  • Participate in audit (SOX) to assure policies are being followed; recommend improvements and help make changes
  • The position will be based Krakow Poland and will require occasional travel to the plant(s).

What You Will Need:

  • Master degree in Finance Economics or similar education
  • Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in Finance in a multinational company including Plant Controlling experience (strong asset)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and a general system savviness (e.g. SAP experience)
  • Strong personal agility. Ability to fit in and work with the management team and other stakeholders e.g. S&OP (Operational Planning).
  • Ability to work both individually and in close collaboration (often remotely)
  • Strong French and English language competencies
