Job Summary
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Travelers Only)
Location: Canton GA
Duration: 16 Weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Shift Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate Range (Travelers Only): $2500 $2746 Weekly
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Travelers Only)for an exciting Travel job in Canton GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of nuclear medicine procedures in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and conduct imaging studies.
Operate calibrate and maintain imaging equipment for optimal performance.
Monitor patients during procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
Accurately document patient information and imaging results in EMR systems.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Maintain compliance with safety radiation and infection control standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certification: BLS Required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience Required
Education: Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program Required
Core Skills: Proficiency in nuclear imaging techniques patient care radiation safety and teamwork
