HR & Safety Coordinator (Excel skills req.) Responsibilities
Track and maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation
Assist in conducting job-site audits and enforcing safety protocols
Support onboarding including orientation PPE and safety certifications
Help coordinate and track monthly safety training and compliance
Manage fleet scheduling inspections and repair coordination
Track fuel use mileage and license renewals for company vehicles
Maintain accurate fleet and safety records across systems
Collaborate with vendors for fleet maintenance and supplies
Monitor timekeeping and support basic payroll processing
Participate in field visits and team check-ins to improve compliance
HR & Safety Coordinator (Excel skills req.) Qualifications
1 years of human resources or safety support/coordination experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Valid drivers license required
