Job Summary
The Uftring Auto Group is hiring for our award-winning service team!
We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!
The Quick Lube Service Advisor will greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle maintenance needs. They are the link between the customer and the service department ensuring that the customers needs are met and that the work is done correctly.
EXPECTED ANNUAL SALARY IS $46800.00 IN ADDITION TO MONTHLY BONUSES & CAREER BUILDER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining it to the manufacturers standards.
- Schedule and assist walk-in appointments for team efficiency.
- Ensure that all documentation is accounted for.
- Progress check and upselling of additional services/products if warranted.
- Responsible for quality control to ensure the work is completed as requested.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Some automotive or retail frontline experience is necessary.
- Positive and outgoing person with excellent listening skills.
- Sales experience is preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be organized and accurate.
- Knowledge of automotive operations and knowledge of appropriate telephone techniques.
- Neat professional appearance.
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- Every 5th Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- The compensation for the Quick Service Advisor starts at $900.00 per week.
