As a Workforce Senior Specialist II in Workforce Planning you will be a part of the Scorecard & Compliance Team. You will be responsible for processing tracking and distributing monthly compliance products for several groups across Workforce Planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Process track and distribute monthly compliance products for various groups within Workforce Planning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compliance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and implement innovative solutions to compliance challenges.
- Adapt to a fluid business environment managing changing job priorities and working effectively with individuals at various organizational levels.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word to support compliance tracking and reporting.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking problem solving and innovation
- Comfortable with a fluid business environment changing job priorities and working with people at a variety of levels internally and externally with the ability to work independently and in a group
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel Work etc.)
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software (eWFM) and Teams
- Experience with collaboration communication and presentation skills
- Show high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Workforce Planning platforms and practices both internal and cross Lines of Business
