THE POSITION Engagement Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a customer-focused Engagement Manager to join our team. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement helping clients understand our products and facilitating any product requests or custom reporting work. Youll be responding to customer support requests in a timely manner coordinating product enhancement discussions with customers and ensuring the smooth implementation and onboarding of new solutions and new customers.
