Pay: $52000 $57000 annually Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time In-Office MondayFriday Day Shift
About the Role
Legacy Transportation is seeking a Senior Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to manage complex shipments support key accounts and support staff. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to handle high-value freight and excellent customer service under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for key customer accounts.
Process and oversee transportation and storage orders.
Provide accurate and timely quotes.
Coordinate time-sensitive tradeshow event and high-value shipments.
Communicate proactively with customers and resolve escalations.
Support team members.

Qualifications
25 years experience in customer service account management or logistics (transportation/tradeshow preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; logistics software experience preferred.
