Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline preferably in Engineering Law or Data Analytics
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
• Preferably with 3 years experience in commercial/cost management risk management or data analytics in which at least 2 years exposure in large-scale projects locally and internationally
• Sound knowledge of commercial assurance contract management and procurement function risk management and be conversant in the principles national and international standards and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Experience in using PowerBI or other data analytics tools is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of commercial assurance activities across coverage areas for various business units and associated corporate functions
• Provide assistance to establish manage and maintain analytic models and dashboard reporting systems to track key KPIs related to cost quality and risk for commercial contracts
• Contribute to data consolidation collection and analysis with a view to assisting the team to provide input and forward-looking insights to identify key risks and opportunities from data analysis
• Support the piloting of generative AI tools to enhance data-driven insights across coverage areas
• Identify and monitor key indicators of commercial and cost performance to determine relevant data for collection
• Maintain and enhance fit-for-purpose management systems and initiatives for effective commercial assurance
• Support the effective implementation of the Commercial Assurance Framework and the associated activities
• Develop and sustain a centralized knowledge base and lessons learnt repository
• Provide recommendations on assurance/advisory reviews in accordance with internal processes
• Resolve or escalate issues arising during assurance/advisory reviews in collaboration with stakeholders
