Job Title: Travel LVN/LPN Medical Surgical (Night Shift)
Location: Clinton SC
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 3x12 hours (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) every other weekend required
Travel Rate: $1391.50/week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel LVN/LPN Medical Surgicalfor an exciting Travel job in Clinton SC.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical setting.
Monitor vital signs conduct pain assessments and administer medications including IV therapy.
Perform wound care Foley catheter insertion oxygen therapy and other specialized nursing procedures.
Accurately document patient information in the EPIC electronic health record system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy respiratory therapy and pharmacy.
Adhere to infection control protocols and isolation precautions.
Assist with patient mobility orthopedic care and other patient-centered needs.
Float to other units as needed per facility requirements.

Qualifications

Active South Carolina LVN/LPN license (required).
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred; community hospital and LTAC experience a plus.
Current BLS and NIHSS certifications (required).
Proficiency with EPIC charting system (minimum 1 year of experience).
Demonstrated skills in IV therapy wound care and patient ambulation.
