Litigation & Trial Practice / Antitrust Associate Attorney

$190k-310k OTE Compensation
An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join its growing antitrust team in Washington DC. The role focuses on government enforcement mergers and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record (Top 50 Top 25% of class at minimum) Active Bar Admission in D.C. 4 years of experience in antitrust law including counseling investigations and litigation. Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired. Prior government agency experience required Excellent interpersonal skills with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in a broad range of antitrust matters including government enforcement mergers and counseling.
Manage projects and maintain regular exposure to clients across various industries.
