About the Team:
Community Works is Lambeths in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) delivering high-quality communal repairs estate-based maintenance and planned improvement works across the borough. Our focus is on maintaining and enhancing shared spaces improving the appearance and safety of our estates and delivering excellent value for money by reducing reliance on external contractors. Youll be joining a skilled supportive team who take pride in their work and in making a visible difference to the communities we serve.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Painter to carry out painting and decorating works in communal areas and across Lambeths estates. This will include estate improvement projects internal and external communal spaces and planned maintenance programmes. You will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard on time and in line with health and safety requirements. This is a mobile role where youll travel between sites so youll need to be self-motivated organised and committed to delivering quality work that enhances the environment for our residents.
