The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing brand marketing plans and the day-to-day management of the Wagner brand across consumer channels including social media influencers and trademarks. Ensuring that all brand standards are meet and messaging aligns and is consistent with brand positioning and standards.
Responsibilities:
40% Social Media
Work with Marketing Director to develop overall strategy.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to align with marketing goals.
Manage external social media agency.
Monitor brand across social media platforms.
Manage Wagner social account including writing editing and posting content and responding to all comments & DM across 5 social media platforms.
Post campaign and regular reporting for social KPIs and performance and trends.
Manage social media budget.
Keep up to date with relevant social media trends tactics tools platforms and best practices.
30% Influencers
Manage influencer program for Wagners three brands (Wagner HomeRight and Earlex).
Evaluate and review all influencer partnerships to determine which influencer to work with and at which levels.
Develop content calendar of projects & products that align to sales & business goals.
Coordinate with influencers to determine product needs and sent out accordingly.
Track and measure success of influencers reporting out KPIs.
Incorporate and upload project content into Wagners social channels and website.
Work with internal teams and influencers to launch new products as needed.
Manage influencer budget.
10% Public Relations
Manage external PR agency to maximize media coverage support & product marketing.
Coordinate internal approvals for all consumer press release.
Work cross functionally with internal Wagner teams on key company initiatives and projects to be promoted externally.
Management of Wagner brand stores/pages on retailers websites.
10% Brand
Ownership of Wagner brand standards and guidelines.
Ensuring consistent Wagner brand messaging and images across all outward marketing assets.
Assist Marketing Director with all Wagner trademarks with external law firm.
Management of brand programs on retailer website.
o i.e. Brand Registry on Amazon
10% Other Marketing
Assist with other projects requested.
Keep up to date with relevant digital marketing tactics and tools.
Support evolving e-commerce and marketing strategy.
Relationship To Others:
Works closely with Marketing and Sales team. Also has frequent contact with outside vendors and customers.
Dimensions of Position:
Independently manages social media accounts influencers and brand standards. Works with internal and external partners and agencies to provide direction and vision of Wagner brand. Manages the social media and influencer budget of $250000. Has access to confidential strategic marketing product and financial information.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in business or marketing
Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experience. Strong understanding of social media including Facebook Instagram Twitter Pinterest and Tik Tok.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Copywriting
Management of external vendor
Negotiation skills
High attention to detail
Extremely organized with ability to keep several projects moving forward at once.
Good critical thinking skills to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems.
Presentation skills Understanding audience and ability to create message develop the presentation and present effectively.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a standard or home office environment which requires occasionally lifting articles such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and phone usage. This position is hybrid averaging 2 days per week in the office.
