The Onboarding Specialist is the primary point of contact for new practices after they sign an agreement with eDerm. Youll own the setup process end-to-end: gathering required information configuring accounts and preparing clients to go live. Your work ensures customers experience a smooth transition from sales to steady use of our platform.
Qualifications :
- 23 years in onboarding implementation or account management (healthcare SaaS or medical practice experience is a plus).
- Working knowledge of EMR systems DNS settings and HIPAA guidelines is helpful.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical steps for non-technical users. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent onboardings.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between eDerm and new clients during onboarding.
- Gather and verify client data (locations provider lists technical access order/intake forms).
- Coordinate account and system setup (DNS/email records scheduler links integrations).
- Configure campaigns and automation in eDerms platform according to client requirements.
- Provide clear updates and next steps to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup obstacles quickly.
- Document client workflows and maintain detailed records.
- Deliver light training on dashboards reporting and best practices.
- Suggest process and documentation improvements.
