Job Description Summary
The Senior Sourcing Lean Leader is responsible to drive operational excellence across the Blade Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is responsible to lead the development and execution of supply chain lean strategy to improve quality and output performance across the Blade CoE supply base. You will achieve tangible business outcome through the applicable of lean principles at tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a winning lean vision and strategy across the Blade CoE supply base including external blade manufacturers and raw materials which are purchased for internal blade manufacturing
- Drive measurable improvements in safety quality supplier lead-time on-time delivery and product cost. Support suppliers in developing value stream maps and eliminating process waste through the application & implementation of lean techniques
- Deploy & operationalize Lean/MOREWIND broadly across the COE thereby reducing waste and driving efficiencies
- Collaborate with the cross functional blade team to prioritize projects focused on critical business KPIs
- Partner with key stakeholders including engineering sourcing quality blade commodity staff managers product line and projects team to assess business needs and define projects
- Communicate difficult concepts and use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Commodity Management or Product Management.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally estimated at 50%.

FOR US ONLY: The base pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $208300.00 USD Annuall. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
